The LSU Tigers men's and women's swimming and diving teams continue to hold their positions among the nation's elite, according to the latest College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Division I Top 25 poll released on March 5, 2026. The women's team remains at No. 14, whereas the men's team moved to No. 20 following their performance at the Southeastern Conference (SEC) Championships.

What’s next

The diving team will first compete at the NCAA Zone D Diving Regional hosted by Texas A&M from March 9-11. This regional will serve as a qualifier for the NCAA Championships. LSU will send nine swimmers to the women's championship, taking place March 18-21 in Atlanta, Georgia. The qualifiers for the men's championship, to be held March 25-28, will be announced on March 11, with the event also taking place at the McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta.
