Inman Quarter, a 208,000-square-foot mixed-use residential and retail development in Atlanta's Inman Park neighborhood, has announced a series of upgrades to its public spaces and residential areas. The planned enhancements, led by property management firm Jamestown and owner/operator TriBridge Residential, will target the site's central courtyard, branding, signage, landscaping, and residential interiors.
Why it matters
The upgrades to Inman Quarter aim to enhance the overall experience for residents and visitors, improving connectivity, outdoor spaces, and design while respecting the character of the surrounding Inman Park community. As a prominent mixed-use development in the neighborhood, these improvements could help attract more foot traffic and investment to the area.
The details
Key improvements include the installation of an elevated deck and sculptural bench in the central courtyard, the addition of a power source for future pop-up activations, refreshed landscaping, revitalized property branding, updated signage and wayfinding, a large-scale mural, new pavers, enhanced tree lighting, improved public seating and bicycle amenities. The residential areas will receive a new paint job, modernized wayfinding and unit identification, and upgrades to the building's elevator vestibules. Inman Quarter also recently acquired an open container designation, allowing guests to purchase and consume to-go beverages from participating onsite restaurants while walking around the property.
- The various construction will be conducted in phases to 'minimize disruption,' with the project slated to be completed sometime in spring.
