NIIT Managed Training Services (NIIT MTS), a global leader in managed learning services, has announced a strategic partnership with Abodoo, a skills intelligence and orchestration company. The partnership will deliver next-generation skills intelligence and workforce development solutions to enterprises globally by combining NIIT MTS' expertise in managed learning, consulting services, and HCM technology with Abodoo's skills intelligence technology.
Why it matters
The collaboration aims to help organizations close critical skills gaps, improve workforce agility, and build future-ready talent strategies in an AI-driven economy. By establishing a common skills language and identifying capability gaps, the partnership will enable data-driven workforce decisions.
The details
The partnership will leverage Abodoo's SkillSuite, Skills Agent, and SkillsAI platform to map, measure, and develop skills in real time. Rather than replacing existing platforms, Abodoo will sit above LMS, HRIS, ATS, and qualification frameworks, connecting and activating skills data across fragmented systems. This infrastructure-led approach will allow enterprises, governments, and education providers to embed skills intelligence directly into their existing ecosystems at scale.
- The partnership was announced on February 4, 2026.
