Palm Beach County has opened two cold weather shelters in response to forecasted temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s with wind chills in the low to mid 30s overnight. The shelters will be open from 7 p.m. Monday to 9 a.m. Tuesday, and Palm Tran Connection will provide bus pickups to the shelter locations.
