After more than a decade of no new branded residential towers being announced, Boca Raton is getting a fresh addition with the arrival of Mr. C Residences. Developed by Key International and Wexford Real Estate Investors, the 12-story tower will bring 133 private residences to the heart of downtown Boca Raton, with prices starting at $1.7 million. The project features architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by 1508 London, offering a clean and contemporary design with European flair.
