According to city records, the 11-acre site could accommodate up to 158 boat slips for vessels between 25 and 150 feet long. The Capri Harbor Marina Group, co-founded by Terry Thib, is behind the potential project, but the city has not yet received a formal application. Another new marina, Atlantic Point Marina, is already under construction on the east side of Dixie Highway at an estimated cost of $62.5 million, with completion expected in summer 2027.
