The Capri Harbor Marina Group, co-founded by Terry Thib, is behind the potential project, but the city has not yet received a formal application. Another new marina, Atlantic Point Marina, is already under construction on the east side of Dixie Highway at an estimated cost of $62.5 million, with completion expected in summer 2027.
