The Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Foundation has unveiled plans for a flashy, towering skyscraper in downtown Miami that will serve as Trump's presidential library. The building, designed by the firm behind Miami's Four Seasons hotel, will feature golden escalators, a replica of Air Force One, and large statues and video screens of the former president.

The details

The planned library tower will be much taller than the nearby Freedom Tower and will be built on a parking lot that Governor Ron DeSantis helped arrange for Miami Dade College, a state-run institution, to donate to the project. Inside, the building will feature a replica of Air Force One, golden escalators, and a large golden statue of Trump with his fist raised on the stage of an auditorium. Renderings also show Trump's image prominently displayed on the building's exterior with large video screens.
