Digi Power X Inc. has launched the next phase of development of US Data Centers, Inc. (USDC), a dedicated AI infrastructure platform, through an independent private capital raise. This phase was co-founded with Hans Vestberg, former CEO of Verizon Communications, who will serve as Co-Founder and Senior Advisor. USDC will focus on manufacturing, distributing, and deploying modular AI data center infrastructure, while Digi Power X will continue developing and operating energy-efficient digital infrastructure assets.
Why it matters
The rapid growth of artificial intelligence is creating unprecedented demand for high-performance computing infrastructure worldwide. USDC aims to capture a share of this opportunity by offering a faster, more flexible alternative to traditional data center development through its modular ARMS platform, which can be deployed more quickly than conventional facilities.
The details
The ARMS (AI-Ready Modular Solution) platform is a proprietary modular data center system engineered for rapid deployment of high-density AI computing infrastructure. Each ARMS unit is a self-contained, Tier III-certified modular data center designed to support advanced GPU clusters for AI workloads. USDC plans to generate revenue through direct infrastructure manufacturing and deployment for enterprise and sovereign customers, including hyperscalers, cloud providers, and private AI initiatives.
- USDC was co-founded with Hans Vestberg in March 2026.
