In a matchup of college men's volleyball teams, Barry University defeated Jamestown Jimmies in straight sets, 25-14, 25-19, 25-22, on Friday at the Health & Sports Center in Miami Shores, Florida. William Phinizy led Barry with 11 kills and two aces, while Jacob Strnisa added nine kills and five blocks. For Jamestown, Chase Hawkinson had a team-high 15 kills.
