Florida's FHSAA boys basketball playoffs have reached the regional finals, with the state's top-ranked teams vying for a spot in the state semifinals. Five of the Sunshine State's teams listed among the Sporting News Top 50 have advanced to the next round, including the nation's No. 4 Calvary Christian Academy Eagles, the Andrew Jackson Tigers, the Lake Highland Prep Highlanders, the Columbus Explorers, and the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders.

In the Class 3A regional semifinals, Calvary Christian Academy defeated Cardinal Newman 76-36, Andrew Jackson beat Bradford 74-48, and Lake Highland Prep handled Calvary Christian 53-40. In Class 7A, Columbus edged Western 68-63, while in Class 6A, St. Thomas Aquinas crushed Boyd Anderson 64-37.
