Florida's high school boys basketball postseason gets underway on Tuesday night with the start of the FHSAA district playoffs. Five teams ranked in Sporting News' Top 50 national rankings - including No. 6 Calvary Christian Academy - have earned first-round byes and will begin their playoff runs on Thursday, February 5th.

Calvary Christian, the state's top-ranked team, will take on the winner of Coral Springs Charter and FAU High on Thursday, February 5th.

The No. 1 seed in FHSAA Class 3A District 4, Andrew Jackson has a 23-1 record with its only loss coming against Impact Christian Academy on December 16th.
Columbus
The defending Sporting News national champion, Columbus is the No. 1 seed in FHSAA Class 7A District 15 with a 19-6 record.
Lake Highland Prep
Lake Highland Prep is the No. 1 seed in FHSAA Class 3A District 6 with a 24-1 record, their lone loss coming against The Rock National on December 6th.
St. Thomas Aquinas
One of three Top 50 teams from Fort Lauderdale, St. Thomas Aquinas is the No. 1 seed in FHSAA Class 6A District 14 with a 21-4 record.
