A Florida woman was caught on a doorbell camera casually wheeling away her neighbor's large portable fence and driving off with it down the street. When the homeowner, Mercedes Young, discovered the theft and tracked down the stolen fence at the alleged thief's home, she called the police, who arrived in disbelief at the unusual crime.
