He then returned a few days later with a rented U-Haul truck, loaded the septic tank and around $2,500 worth of electrical pipes, and attempted to obscure the truck's license plate and identification number before driving off. Detectives were able to identify Nocifora and arrest him in a neighboring county, charging him with grand theft, unlawful use of a two-way device, and intentionally obscuring a license plate during the commission of a crime.
