Bridge Industrial, an Illinois-based developer, has secured a $56.7 million construction loan to convert an old office property in Doral, Florida into a new two-warehouse logistics center. The project will transform 202,680 square feet of outdated office space across eight buildings into a 268,702-square-foot modern warehouse facility, with the largest building spanning 154,945 square feet.
