Southeast 47th Terrace will be closed to all automobiles except motorcycles from Southeast 9th Place to Vincennes Boulevard, and completely closed to all motor vehicles from Southeast 9th Place to Southeast 11th Place. The city recommends motorists use alternate routes like Southeast 46th Lane, Vincennes Boulevard, and Southeast 47th Street to avoid delays.
