QuickRefund, a merchant risk and dispute prevention platform, has announced that Kolin Whitley, a former Visa executive who played a central role in the rollout and management of the Visa Acquirer Monitoring Program (VAMP), has joined the company as Chief Risk Intelligence Officer (CRIO). As CRIO, Whitley will work with merchants, acquirers, and partners to reduce fraud and dispute ratios and maintain compliance.
