QuickRefund, a merchant risk and dispute prevention platform, has announced that Kolin Whitley, a former Visa executive who played a central role in the rollout and management of the Visa Acquirer Monitoring Program (VAMP), has joined the company as Chief Risk Intelligence Officer (CRIO). Whitley brings over 25 years of experience in payments, fraud, identity, and network-level risk strategy.

As CRIO, Whitley will work with merchants, acquirers, and partners to reduce fraud and dispute ratios and maintain compliance.
