In a separate but related investigation, Alexander was previously sought by the Delray Beach Police Department in connection with multiple indecent exposure incidents, including an incident on March 24 where he allegedly approached a female pedestrian and engaged in lewd behavior, and later drove to the Lake Ida Dog Park and continued similar behavior while observing people in the area.
