Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred on Sunday afternoon in Cecil County. A 17-year-old female passenger from Wilmington, Delaware was killed when the Kawasaki motorcycle she was riding on attempted to pass another motorcycle and collided with it. The driver of the Kawasaki and the other motorcycle rider were both transported to a local hospital with injuries.
