West End Neighborhood House in Wilmington, Delaware has opened a new education center that will serve as a hub for adult and early childhood education, workforce development, and community engagement. The center, which was renovated using federal COVID-19 relief and American Rescue Plan Act funding, will house the Seeds of Jesus Daycare program and provide a range of services to strengthen economic mobility for families and the local workforce.

Over the next five years, the organization estimates the center's programming will assist in creating or retaining 3,000 jobs, help launch more than 1,200 small businesses, and provide education and workforce training to over 3,200 individuals.
