Gianna Cottone of the Wilmington Friends girls basketball team has been named the Delaware Online High School Sports Athlete of the Week for Week 8 of the winter sports season. Cottone averaged 16.7 points per game in wins over Christiana, Conrad, and Saint Mark's, and surpassed 1,000 career points.
