Network Connect, a Delaware-based nonprofit, has launched a new partnership with the House of David in downtown Milford. Through this collaboration, Network Connect will provide trained community well-being ambassadors on-site at the House of David multiple days each week, bringing relationship-centered, wraparound support directly into a trusted community hub and increasing access to wellness services, economic empowerment resources and coordinated care.

The House of David has long been recognized as a cornerstone organization in Milford, providing practical resources, stabilization support and pathways to independence. This partnership allows Network Connect to deepen its presence in the community and build capacity for the trusted work already happening, while expanding access to wellness-focused, preventative support.
The details
Network Connect's community well-being ambassadors, who are certified community health workers, will provide mental health and substance use support, positive activities, resource navigation and essential needs assistance at the House of David. This embedded support model aims to generate positive ripple effects throughout downtown Milford, strengthening the local support ecosystem and reinforcing a shared commitment to prevention, healing and community resilience.
