J.Crew Factory, the outlet version of the full-priced J.Crew stores, is coming to the Pike Creek Shopping Center in Delaware. The retailer will occupy a 6,000-square-foot space where a Rite Aid used to be. This will be the second J.Crew Factory location in Delaware, with the other being at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach.

The details

J.Crew Factory offers similar styles to its sister brand J.Crew but at lower prices due to the use of less expensive materials. The outlet store will occupy a 6,000-square-foot space that was previously home to a Rite Aid. While J.Crew did not provide an exact opening date, the entrance to the space remains closed off and there is no signage on the building yet.
