Detectives determined that Crawford was operating the vehicle without a valid driver's license. A search of the vehicle led to the recovery of 98 bags of suspected heroin/fentanyl, approximately 14 grams of crack cocaine, and approximately 139 grams of marijuana. Detectives also found suspected drug paraphernalia and cash believed to be associated with illegal narcotics activity.
