The fifth-seeded West Haven girls basketball team was eliminated from the SCC tournament with a 53-31 loss to No. 1 Sacred Heart Academy in the semifinals Saturday at Shelton High School. Maddy Burke scored a game-high 25 points for the Sharks, while Mila Harmon added eight points. Tiranke Keita led West Haven (16-7) with 15 points and Noelle Lawrence added nine points.
