Owner David Blacker confirmed the store will close on February 28th, but declined to provide further comment. Meanwhile, Palmer's Provisions & Pizza, situated at 17 Pearl St., is described as a nautical-themed pizza place in a historic building, also serving gourmet sandwiches, salads, and grinders.
