On March 11th, detectives developed information that Kijuan Terrell, who had an active arrest warrant and a history of violent crime, was in possession of a firearm. Detectives conducted surveillance and, with assistance from the Greater Hartford Regional Auto Theft Task Force, arrested Terrell. They recovered a loaded Smith & Wesson .38 Special with an obliterated serial number and around 105 sleeves of fentanyl from Terrell.
