The Griffin Center for Healthy Living in Derby, Connecticut will offer free workshops in March and April to help adults lose weight through an evidence-based healthy eating and active living course called Weight-Loss Toolkit – A Well-Being Program. The six-week program provides individualized meal plans and proven weight-loss exercises.
