Free Aging Mastery Classes Offered in Steamboat, Craig

Routt County CSU Extension and Serving Older Adults in Routt (SOAR) will host a free, three-part series of elective classes stemming from the popular Aging Mastery Program in Steamboat Springs on February 13, February 27, and March 13. The classes will cover topics like rightsizing your life, using your home as an asset, and preventing and treating malnutrition. Additionally, CSU Extension and SOAR will partner with UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center to offer the free, ten-part Aging Mastery Program in Steamboat Springs from April 1 to May 1. The program will also be offered in Craig, presented by the Senior Social Center and Moffat County CSU Extension, from March 31 to April 30.
