Arista 36, a 359,800-square-foot industrial development along the US-36 corridor between Denver and Boulder, has been named the 2026 Commercial Development of the Year by the CoStar Impact Awards. The project offers features like rear-load buildings, expansive truck courts, flexible tenant configurations, and enhanced amenities including bike storage, EV charging, robust power capability, and over 10 acres of landscaped open space. Its proximity to over 2,250 residential units within a one-mile radius also supports workforce accessibility.
