The bustling days of campus life can take a toll, but CU Denver's Auraria campus provides several spots for students to rest and recharge throughout the day. Options range from a dedicated nap room to quiet study areas with views of downtown Denver.

The details
The Lola & Rob Salazar Student Wellness Center has a third-floor nook dedicated to napping, while the historic Tivoli Student Union offers quiet lounges on the second and third floors. The Auraria Library's second-floor southeast corner is a no-noise study space with comfortable seating and natural lighting. For scenic views, students can head to the Speer Gallery in the Student Commons building. The College of Arts & Media is also hosting upcoming sound bath meditation sessions to provide a guided relaxation experience.
