Pangora's Box Expo Celebrates 'All Things Strange' for Charity

Pangora's Box, a bustling annual expo celebrating all things strange, is returning to the Solano County Fairgrounds on April 11. The event, organized by husband-and-wife team Joe Lam and Wendy Rozonewski, features over 35 vendors offering unique items like taxidermied specimens, handmade art, steampunk creations, and Wiccan-themed goods. Proceeds from the expo will benefit JnW Reptile Rescue, a local no-kill reptile rehabilitation organization.

The details

The expo will host a variety of special guests, including licensed bat rehabilitator Corky Quirk, who will bring live bats for visitors to view, and members of Juice's Arthropods, who will showcase their collection of captive-bred arthropods. Attendees will also have the opportunity to take photos with animals like a South American sloth and movie star monkeys. In addition, popular San Francisco-based drag queen Disasterina will make an appearance.
