The Lady Echelon Project, a Vallejo-based youth empowerment nonprofit, is hosting a Black History Month Block Party on Saturday, February 28th from 11am to 4pm on the 200 block of Georgia Street in downtown Vallejo. The free, public event will feature live music, performances, interactive art, local vendors, youth and kids activities, and reflections from community leaders.
