The Turlock Library is offering a wide range of events and activities for all ages throughout the month of April, including a ballet folklórico performance, spring bookmark making, LEGO building, video game days, and gardening tips from UC Master Gardeners.

The details

The Turlock Library's April events include free tax preparation assistance from AARP, a Pokémon meetup, a Friends of the Library group meeting, a Spanish-language craft workshop, teen art and LEGO projects, children's rainbow crafts and origami bookmarks, a mystery book club, a chess club, a multicultural Children's Book Day celebration, and a K-Pop fan event. The highlight will be a ballet folklórico performance by Los Luceros de Osborn in honor of El día de los niños/El día de los libros.

• The AARP tax prep service is available on April 8 and 15 from noon to 3 p.m.
• The Pokémon meetup is on April 8 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• The Friends of the Turlock Library group meets on April 8 at 6:30 p.m.
• The Spanish-language craft workshop is on April 14 at 1 p.m.
• The ballet folklórico performance is on April 22 at 3:30 p.m.
• The UC Master Gardeners talk is on April 22 at 6 p.m.
