It was a busy weekend for track and field athletes across the Bay Area and Northern California, with standout performances at several invitational meets. Runners from Vintage, Windsor, Analy, Maria Carrillo, Healdsburg, and other local schools put up impressive times in distance events, while athletes from Santa Rosa, Casa Grande, Ukiah, Summerfield Waldorf, and Petaluma excelled in sprints and field events. Several meet records were broken at the Santa Rosa Field Event Jamboree.

At the Dublin Distance Fiesta, Vintage senior Teddy Eichner ran the 12th-fastest time in the 1,600 meters, while Maria Carrillo junior Joslyn Tribbey had the best local times in the 1,600 and 3,200. At the Bay Area Sprint Extravaganza, Santa Rosa senior Rashai Thompson posted a personal-best time of 10.94 seconds in the 100 meters, ranking 30th all-time in Redwood Empire history. Multiple meet records fell at the Santa Rosa Field Event Jamboree, including in the shot put, discus, high jump, and pole vault. Vintage's Mason Howell continued his dominance in the 100 meters at the Lancer Invite.
