The city of Santa Clarita is hosting its first-ever 'Tree-mendous Arbor Day' celebration on Saturday, April 11th from 10am to 2pm at Valencia Heritage Park. The free, community event will feature a tree planting ceremony, giveaways of 400 free trees and mulch, live chainsaw carving demonstrations, hydrogen-powered bus displays, and various other activities focused on environmental education and appreciation of the city's urban forestry.
