Melissa Tierney, a senior-focused REALTOR® in Santa Barbara, has founded the Santa Barbara Senior Industry Network Association (SINA) to strengthen collaboration among professionals serving older adults throughout the region. SINA aims to ensure seniors and their families receive coordinated, trustworthy guidance during major life transitions.

As the population ages, there is a growing need for integrated services and support to help older adults and their families navigate complex decisions around housing, finances, and estate planning. SINA's collaborative approach seeks to create a more seamless experience for seniors and their loved ones during these critical life stages.
The details
Tierney launched SINA to provide clear, structured information on local senior living options, real estate strategies, estate considerations, and transition planning through monthly Lunch & Learn seminars. The founding Board of Directors includes professionals from senior living, wealth management, and estate planning backgrounds.
