A 33-year-old Santa Ana man has pleaded guilty in federal court to attempting to entice a minor girl to produce child pornography for him. Luis Anthony Vega admitted to communicating with the girl online, offering her money to engage in sexual acts and send explicit photos, and possessing child pornography on his cellphone.
