Andromeda, a pioneer in treating AI as a full identity class, announced its "Galaxy" release, expanding its unified platform to govern human, non-human, and agentic identities with equal rigor. The release provides visibility, risk management, and governance capabilities to help organizations manage the rapid adoption of AI agents across their enterprise.
Why it matters
As organizations increasingly deploy AI agents to execute complex workflows and access sensitive data, traditional identity security tools are unable to provide visibility and accountability over these agentic identities. Andromeda's unified platform aims to close this gap, delivering actionable access intelligence, smart access management, and automated access governance across all identity types.
The details
The Galaxy release includes features like universal discovery and inventory of autonomous and on-behalf-of agents, agent access intelligence and risk insights, human accountability and governance, and automated enforcement of least privilege access. It also introduces dynamic access graphs, omni-dimensional segregation of duties controls, and automated workflows for non-human identity ownership and management.

Bill Harper
Sr. Director of Identity at New American Funding, an Andromeda customer.
What they’re saying
“The immediate crisis with agentic AI goes beyond the activity an agent is performing; it's that security teams have zero visibility into where these agents live, who owns them, or what they can access. With this release, we are providing the visibility and accountability needed to safely manage both autonomous and on-behalf-of agents. For the first time, organizations can govern humans, NHIs, and agents within a single platform, applying consistent intelligence and security across every identity type.”
— Murali Basavaiah, CEO & Co-founder
“As our team rapidly adopts AI agents to drive business velocity, our biggest concern is unknowingly creating a massive, ungoverned attack surface. We strongly align with Andromeda's vision that AI agents require the exact same level of access intelligence, least-privilege management, just-in-time access, and rigorous governance that we demand for our human and non-human identities. The Galaxy release represents the unified control needed to ensure every autonomous action is backed by strict human accountability.”
— Bill Harper, Sr. Director of Identity
What’s next
Andromeda will be hosting exclusive demonstrations of the Galaxy Release at the Access Granted: The AI & Identity Security Lounge during the RSA Conference.
The takeaway
Andromeda's unified identity security platform aims to bridge the gap between access intelligence and real-time governance for human, non-human, and agentic AI identities, providing the visibility and control needed to safely manage the rapid adoption of AI agents across the enterprise.
