Outsound Presents will kick off March with the next installment of its SIMM (Static Illusion Methodical Madness) Series at the Musician's Union Hall in San Francisco. The two-set evening will feature a solo performance by Howard Ryan, showcasing his latest project 'Hauras' which blends strings, effects, vocals, and radio sounds. The second set will be an 'intergenerational' electric bass duo performance by jazz virtuoso Bill Noertker and up-and-coming DIY punk bassist Oliver Kogod, known as BONK.
