The Granite Hills High School wrestling team captured its first-ever CIF San Diego Section Division 1 championship, scoring 356.5 points and winning 9 individual titles at the meet held at Del Norte High School. The Eagles had wrestlers place first in 11 of the 14 weight classes, including sweeping the top 3 heavyweight divisions.
