Enhance La Jolla (ELJ), the not-for-profit organization responsible for overseeing maintenance and improvements in the Village of La Jolla, has announced its plans for 2026. ELJ, which manages one of San Diego's 64 maintenance assessment districts (MADs), will be undertaking an increased number of beautification projects to elevate the district's physical appearance, including adding more flower baskets and large planter pots along commercial streets.
