Four Inland Girls Water Polo Teams Earn Top Playoff Seeds

The CIF Southern Section released the pairings for the 2026 girls water polo playoffs, with four Inland teams earning top-four seeds in their respective divisions. Bonita, Murrieta Valley, Valley View, and San Bernardino will all host first-round matches on Thursday, February 5th as a result of their seedings.

In Division 1, Big VIII League champion Santiago earned the only home match for an Inland team, hosting Los Alamitos. Baseline League champ Rancho Cucamonga and Hacienda League champ Alta Loma will hit the road to face Harvard-Westlake and Beckman, respectively. In Division 2, Murrieta Valley is the No. 4 seed and will host Capistrano Valley, while Bonita is the No. 3 seed and will welcome King. Valley View is the No. 2 seed in Division 3 and will host Brea Olinda, and San Bernardino is the No. 4 seed in Division 5 and will welcome Canyon Springs.
