Maria Carrillo High School's boys' and girls' relay teams set new area and state records, while other standout performers included Sonoma Academy's Josie Hill, Cardinal Newman's Vicente Adan, and Healdsburg's Teague Jasper.

Maria Carrillo's girls' 4x100 shuttle hurdle relay team placed second with a time of 1:06.00, setting a new Redwood Empire record and ranking 13th nationally. The Pumas' girls' 4x800 relay also placed fourth in the rated division with a time of 9:29.40, the third-fastest in area history and 19th in California. On the boys' side, Maria Carrillo's 4x800 relay team won the seeded event in 7:54.32, the fourth-fastest time ever in the Redwood Empire and 13th in the state.
