The Chico Noon Exchange Club hosted its 80th Annual 'Peace Officer of the Year' awards ceremony and luncheon on February 10th at Canyon Oaks Country Club. Peace officers from five Butte County law enforcement agencies were honored for their dedicated service, including Deputy Sheriff Tiffany Astrologo, Officer Haley Gilham, Detective Talea Jellison, Sergeant Tyler Rainey, and Officer John Newsom.
