The Oakdale Rodeo Parade on Friday, April 10th will feature horses, local businesses, bands, and classic cars. On Friday evening, there will be a local team roping competition for amateur ropers who live within 50 miles of Oakdale and have not had a PRCA card in the past 5 years. The Oakdale Rodeo Queen Coronation will take place on Thursday, April 9th, where the new queen will be crowned from two contestants, Delaney Grace and Opal Cahoon. The new queen will represent the Oakdale Rodeo at events throughout the state. The PRCA Rodeo performances will be held on Saturday and Sunday, April 11-12, with the Grand Entry at 1:30 PM each day.
