Culver City-based affordable housing financier and developer Century Housing Corp. has appointed Jacqueline Waggoner as its new chief executive officer. Waggoner, who has over 25 years of experience in the industry, officially took on the role on March 23. She previously served as president of the solutions division at Enterprise Community Partners, a nonprofit focused on affordable housing.
