The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California will host the gold medal matches for both the men's and women's soccer tournaments at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, LA28 officials announced. The organizing committee also revealed six additional venues across the United States that will host earlier rounds of the soccer competitions, extending the Olympic events beyond just the Greater Los Angeles area.

The men's gold medal match will be played on July 28 at the 90,000-capacity Rose Bowl, with the women's final following the next day. The additional venues announced include NYCFC's Etihad Park, Columbus Crew's Scotts Miracle-Gro Field, Geodis Park in Nashville, St. Louis City's Energizer Park, San Diego's Snapdragon Stadium, and PayPal Park in San Jose. LA28 says the selected stadiums are 'premier, existing Major League Soccer' facilities that will help 'bring these Olympics to the world' and spread 'Olympic spirit coast to coast'.
