The first incident happened on December 12th near the Fashion District, while the second occurred on December 29th near the Westlake District. The second incident on December 29th involved a black Honda sedan that veered into a parked car, causing that car to hit a pedestrian standing nearby. The Honda driver then fled north on Bonnie Brae Street, leaving the victim with severe injuries.
