Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) is hosting its annual Water Festival on Saturday, March 2nd from 10am to 1pm at their headquarters in Lake Elsinore. The free event will feature interactive exhibits, demonstrations, and activities focused on water treatment, conservation, and education, as well as fun for the whole family including free food, giveaways, water balloons, and a dunk tank.
