TSL, a provider of solutions for media and control workflows, has acquired JLCooper Electronics, a manufacturer of professional control, automation, synchronization and interfacing products. The acquisition will expand TSL's capabilities into adjacent markets, broaden its technology offering to core broadcast customers, and ensure continuity of service and support for JLCooper's global customer base.
